Due to the policy of the diving instructing group, it is required to secure at least 18 hours of surface rest time from the end of diving to boarding the aircraft.

Course (E-learning) procedures, subject course, fee

• First of all, please pay 6,500 pesos out of the 21,500 Philippine pesos as a learning fee to the emerald green bank account (transfer fee paid by the customer). At this time, the actual amount transferred will be the amount converted into Japanese yen at the rate specified by us at that time.
• We will send you an e-learning gift passcode by email as soon as we have confirmed the transfer. When you receive the code, click the link banner of "PADI E-Learning" at the bottom of our HP top page, and follow the instructions on the screen from "Use Gift Pass" to start the lesson.
• After the transfer, please contact us to confirm the transfer it may take up to a week for your Gift Pass to arrive after you receive it. If you do not contact us, it will take extra days. Please understand.
• There will be a department test after the course is completed. Successful completion of the department test is a required item before taking practical skills here. Please be sure to attend. Also, please print out the certificate of completion of the department and bring it with you when you come here.

• The expiration date from the purchase of the gift pass is one year, and we do not sell the gift pass to those who do not take the practical skill course at our company.
• If you cancel your e-Learning Gift Pass Code by e-mail, we will not refund your Gift Pass. If you do not attend the course at our company, but take the course at another store, you will have to pay the application fee and logbook fee (these costs will vary depending on the shop you attend).
• If you purchase the Gift Pass outside of our company, you will need to pay 3,000 pesos for the course fee, logbook fee, etc. in addition to the course fee of 15,000 pesos.
• E-learning requires knowledge of the Internet environment and operation of computers, smartphones and tablets. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused to you if you cannot perform e-learning with your device. Also, the gift pass fee cannot be refunded

Schedule for practical training, fees

• The course will be supplementary explanation of the department, pool training, and ocean training. The instructor will adjust the detailed schedule according to the progress. If you can take an airplane the day after the practical training day, you will not be able to board the airplane for 18 hours after the end of the diving. For flights departing from Cebu, please use a flight after 11:00 am the day after the end of the practical training course.
• Please pay the remaining 15,000 pesos (including equipment rental fee) of the training fee locally. You can pay with Philippine peso, Japanese Yen and US dollar. If you pay by cash, all 12% of Philippine tax service, if you pay by credit card, the tax service is only 5%, and the above 15,000 pesos plus 7% tax will be the card payment amount.

About Payment

• The price is shown in Philippine peso, but we accept payments in Philippine peso, Japanese yen and US dollars.
• Payments made in currencies other than the Philippine peso will be converted at our rate on the day. In the Philippines, 12% will be added to the price as tax (VAT). At Emerald Green, if you pay in cash, tax will be the service.
• Please note that the Internet environment in the Philippines may not be usable due to bad circumstances. In that case, please pay in cash.

Booking Cancellation

• 100% for cancellation of other activities except diving, snorkeling, city tour, etc. on the day, 100% for cancellation with meal, 1 day trip, city tour etc. A cancellation charge will be applied. Please contact us for details.
• It is a basic rain event. Cancellation due to bad weather due to the customer's convenience will be charged the normal cancellation fee. In case of stormy weather such as typhoon, we may cancel the activities of diving and activities at our discretion. In that case, no cancellation fee is required.
• In case of stormy weather, the tour schedule and departure time may change significantly due to safety considerations.

Precautions

• Keep videos, cameras, dive computers, etc. within easy reach to avoid loss or damage.
• We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of equipment, cameras, etc. in the equipment washing area, in the shop, or around the shop. Please be sure to manage it yourself.

• Those over 70 years old: Please be sure to bring a medical certificate from a doctor.
• 60-69 years old: We strongly recommend that you bring a medical certificate from a doctor.
• Those under 59: Please bring a medical certificate from a doctor if you think that you are not in a suitable health condition for diving.
