Today we went directly to the thresher shark dive from Maya Port.
The sea was completely calm for the first time in a while, so it was a really pleasant day even just sitting on the boat.
The thresher sharks appeared right at the moment we entered the water and started descending.
Everyone was still getting their cameras ready, so it turned into a bit of a scramble!
The deeper area was a bit murky and colder, so we stayed in the shallower part and took our time observing them.
Two dives full of thresher sharks—what a great day.
